Customer Referral Program

1. Program Purpose

The Brand Your Audio Customer Referral Program rewards active customers who introduce genuinely new businesses that become paying Brand Your Audio subscribers.

2. Customer Eligibility

The referring customer must have an active Brand Your Audio subscription in good standing when the referral is submitted, when it qualifies, and when the free subscription month is applied.

3. Qualified Referral

A referral qualifies only when all applicable requirements are met:

• The referred business is a genuinely new Brand Your Audio customer.
• The new customer uses the referring customer’s valid referral code or referral link during the registration or enrollment process.
• The new customer completes a successful subscription payment.
• The payment is verified and is not reversed, refunded, disputed, or charged back.
• The referral information is accurate and passes Brand Your Audio’s fraud and eligibility review.

4. Free Subscription Month

Each qualified referral earns the referring customer one free month of their regular Brand Your Audio subscription service.

The free month is based on the referring customer’s own eligible subscription plan and regular monthly price in effect when the referral qualifies. The subscription plan selected by the referred customer does not increase or reduce the referral benefit.

The benefit does not include upgrades, plan-price differences, setup fees, taxes, production charges, add-ons, special services, or any cash or monetary value.

The free month applies only to an eligible regular subscription billing period. Setup fees, production charges, taxes, add-ons, special services, and other purchases remain payable.

5. No Cash or Monetary Account Value

Referral benefits are service benefits only. They are not cash, commission, wages, account funds, stored value, or monetary credit. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, exchanged, assigned, refunded, or redeemed for money.

6. Multiple Referrals

Each separately qualified referral may earn one additional free subscription month. When multiple free months are earned, they may be applied sequentially to future eligible subscription billing periods, subject to verification and continued account eligibility.

7. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are prohibited:

• Self-referrals or referrals between duplicate accounts
• False, fictitious, inactive, or misleading business registrations
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free service
• Manipulating payments, refunds, disputes, or chargebacks
• Using unauthorized, misleading, abusive, or deceptive promotion
• Any attempt to exploit or circumvent program requirements

8. Fraud, Abuse, and Account Suspension

Brand Your Audio may review referral activity at any time. If fraud, abuse, manipulation, misrepresentation, or other prohibited activity is suspected or discovered, Brand Your Audio may withhold or cancel a free month, recover improperly received benefits, reject associated referrals, and suspend or terminate the involved customer accounts.

9. Referral Identification

The referral code or referral link must be properly connected to the new customer before the referral is approved. Brand Your Audio is not required to retroactively assign a referral when the required referral information was missing, inaccurate, or submitted after registration or payment.

10. No Employment or Agency Relationship

Participation does not create an employment, contractor, partnership, agency, franchise, or representative relationship with Brand Your Audio. Customers may recommend the service but may not make unauthorized promises, guarantees, pricing commitments, or representations on behalf of Brand Your Audio.

11. Program Administration

Brand Your Audio determines referral eligibility and program qualification based on its records. Brand Your Audio may correct errors, investigate suspicious activity, and modify, pause, or terminate the program where permitted by applicable law.
